Four cars Mitsubishi Pajero. Four cars of different generations. Colors and equipment change, reliability and comfort remain. My impressions for twenty two years.
For more than twenty years with Mitsubishi Pajero, there were not only travels and adventures, but also incidents, quite acute situations. Here is one related to the events of 2012.
“Still, this is the Kyrgyz“ Pole of Cold ”with the lowest temperature in Kyrgyzstan!”
“In 2000 I was there at all gates. The wolves ate a soldier with a horse between outposts. ”
“So, if you stick there in the winter, you will stay there.”
Best for sleeping was my second car, the Mitsubishi Pajero 3.0L GLX 1998 Model. The first row of seats was leaning forward, the second and third were fully horizontal. I do not know how best to call this story. Two thousand kilometers of broken roads? Are we building autobahns too? Death Road along Balkhash? Pajero keeps hitting? All these titles are suitable only for individual parts of the story. It is better to tell everything in order, and then decide for yourself how best to call it. Honestly, there were more passes, but the rest, despite a decent height, were kind of inexpressive, anonymous, like a cross on a map. In the first three were, almost one after another, almost like steps of a staircase to the sky – Sarymoynok (3126 m), Barskaun (3754 m) and, slightly further, the Suek pass (4021 m). In early 1997, we had gotten a car on which we could drive almost anywhere – MMC Pajero 1997 Model, 3.0L GL. It could had been used for a big group of people for a Sunday picnic – nine seats, including a driver, made it easy to do so, as well as could allow to travel off autonomously for several days, taking a tent, a bunch of different things and foods – an unusually large interior size contained everything that only our soul desired.
